Therefore, the goal of the forging manufacturer's processing plan is to solve these difficulties. In order to improve the processing efficiency of the part, the blank state of the forging was changed. When the forging blank is out of the factory, it carves out the center cross line of the reference technological hole, and then aligns directly according to the center cross line of the technological hole and sets the origin of the NC machining directly, so there is no need to coordinate the machining allowance in the process.

The special height fixture is used in the processing of large die forgings, which avoids the problem that the tool side edge can not be processed normally because of the too long tool. At the same time, the rigidity of the machine tool is ensured, the processing safety is ensured and the service life of the tool is prolonged.

In addition, when processing die forging edge and groove, ear groove, inner shape and other aspects, the programming method is adopted, which greatly improves the processing accuracy and reduces the deformation of parts.
