The main heating equipment is single chamber furnace, push rod furnace and desktop annealing furnace. All heating furnaces use natural gas as fuel. The heating temperature of ingot is generally 1150-1240 C. The heating time of cold ingot is about 1-5 hours. The heating time of hot ingot is half of the heating time of cold ingot. The ingot after heating enters the forging process.

Forging: The ingot is heated to 1150-1240 (?) C and taken out from the heating furnace. Then the air hammer or hydraulic hammer is put into the operation machine. According to the size and forging ratio of the ingot, the corresponding pier thickness and drawing process are carried out. The forging size is monitored in real time, and the forging temperature is controlled by infrared thermometer. Inspection: Preliminary inspection of forging blanks, mainly the inspection of appearance and size.

Appearance mainly checks whether there are cracks and other defects, size must ensure that the blank margin within the scope of the requirements of the drawings, and do a good job of recording. Heat treatment: a comprehensive process for improving the internal structure and properties of forgings by heating the forgings to a predetermined temperature, holding them for a certain time, and then cooling them at a predetermined speed. Its purpose is to eliminate internal stress, prevent deformation during mechanical processing, and adjust hardness to make forgings favorable for cutting. After heat treatment, the ingot is air-cooled or water-cooled and quenched according to the material requirements.
